What size marquee do I need?

As a guide, allow around 1.2 m² per guest for seated banquets and 0.7 m² per guest for cocktail layouts. Add space for a dance floor, bar and service areas. Use our size guide to estimate and we’ll confirm after a site visit.

Do you handle power and weather planning?

Yes. We plan power distribution, heaters and entrances, and advise on generators if required. We also assess wind exposure and rain options during the site check.

How long does setup take?

Most marquee installs are completed in a day, depending on size, access and fit-out. We’ll confirm timing in your booking and keep your venue updated.

Can you supply flooring, lighting and furniture?

Yes. We provide flooring, festoon and fairy lighting, tables, chairs, bars, lounges and décor so you can book a complete setup from one team.

Do you deliver beyond Pukekohe?

We service South Auckland and the wider Franklin area. Share your venue location and we’ll confirm availability and travel.
